This petition is being started in hopes of saving Daysha Brantley FNP, Jody Smith LPN and Amber Sharp LPN employment with Maury Health Group (MHG). They are the team at Collinwood Clinic of MHG that southern Wayne County has come to trust. MHG has chosen, without consideration from the community they serve) to let Daysha and her team go.

When choosing a health care provider you want to be able to trust who is providing your care. Daysha goes above and beyond for her patient's and this community. She will not stop until she has a answer and solution to your illness. If you need a referral to a specialist she does this. Daysha Brantley is a wonderful health care provider who has earned the trust of the community she serves. She and her team care for this community. This isn't just a paycheck for them it is a passion and love for their patients that makes Collinwood Clinic work so well. My prayer is that the community joins me in signing this petition in hopes of reaching MHG and letting them know that this community not only supports Daysha and her team but we need Daysha as our health care provider. She has earned our trust with her superb care. To replace her would be a detriment to MHG as I know not only myself but many others will seek care anywhere but MHG if they choose to follow through with removing Daysha Brantley and her team from the much needed Collinwood Clininc.
