- Renewable Nations Institute has a unique plan to make building restoration a part of students’ work-learning experience – which makes it financially possible to save NOT demolish our buildings despite severe damage that has incurred

I was the first in our family to attend Dana college. After me, my sister and a younger cousin attended. I met my wife there, and she has two younger siblings that attended. Dana is a very special place to our family. I'm really glad someone is thinking of purchasing the campus and using it for educational purposes again.
My wife and I love the Dana College campus. I think we were the last couple to be married (August 2009) in Trinity Chapel. Every time we would hear the bells chiming out, it reminded us of the beauty of the chapel and the sanctity of our vows.
Renewable energy is very relevant now with global climate change. It would be appropriate to renovate and use the campus for this endeavor.
i graduated from Dana in 1987. I learned so much more there than just what the books gave. I made friendships of a lifetime. I was devastated when it closed. Please don't let its legacy be lost.
Dana College was a beautiful place, and the sense of community that it embraced was wonderful. I am very excited to see a plan that can not only help save the buildings and the campus, but that will focus on educating people in how we can work towards an energy efficient future as well. Dana will serve the community and beyond, yet again!

It's so sad that this beautiful campus has been allowed to deteriorate. It was damaged even more by the hail storm that hit Blair in June of 2014 and need to be repaired now before the damage gets any worse.
