we need to stop takeing all the good spots and trees away just to build more places for people that are there for the summer and do not respect the land

I believe the quality of the water has dropped and a large contribution is tourism. The lake is over crowded, there's often smog because of too many boats. Cultus lake is a park, I know there's lots of struggling businesses but building more to attract people in the off season is not the solution. I have watched them rip out the bike trails on fir for home development, and you can bet your ass that's when we became hoodlums. The Waterpark has stretched as far as it can go over the old field. The adventure park is attracting a lot of people, look how congested the roads are. I think your attention could be better allocated toward the issues we currently have.

Developers have only their OWN interests at heart. Don't allow developer's greed destroy what's much more important than their already large bank accounts.

Our beautiful park is gradually being taken away with development. The proposed plan will see more of the forest cut down. Look at the clear cut on Fir Street that was done and you can see what our forest will look like. I would like this proposal stopped! I remember what the park used to look like when I was a child and it saddens me how much of the forest is already gone.

Cultus is so much for so many different people. Why would they want to develope this land?!? It's literally perfect the way it is!! Cultus is a home a way from home for most, and I know it helps calm me down to go and sit there and relax. Now why would people want to hurt us?

Cultus Lake is a "park" so let's keep the green space for the public to enjoy; there is enough housing already! Furthermore, local businesses continually struggle during the off-seasons so it wouldn't be prudent to continue starting more business ventures based on the lack of tourists during theses times.

cultas lake is already packed with people and homes along the far side of the lake, over development ruined half of the lake so far. How long will it be before the campgrounds are surrounded by a housing development and those who cannot afford high priced vacation homes are pushed out? Leave the park alone!! Go develop elsewhere..., I choose natural beauty over greed.
