Keep is small don't over develop it. Granted it has been several years since I've been up there. I liked how quite it was and not commercialized.

I went into the park last weekend for a bike ride. Wow, amazing anyone would want to destroy it to add more houses and traffic to our community. Build somewhere else.

There are so many beautiful spaces in BC. Spread them out instead of over populating.

This park should stay as it is now, no more developments. This plan is a total nonsense.

I am saying no to the Draft Plan as it seems that no consideration about the effects of the development on the lake and land have been carefully considered. This park should stay as it is and destroying forest is wrong for this kind of development proposed.

Cultus is a refuge for families in the lower mainland and stay as such

Busy enough. We don't need any more stores.

Any development of Cultus Lake will destroy the Beaty of the retreat that residents and visitors love. Please help stop this development by signing this petition. Every signature helps.

having visited the lake on numerous occassions and enjoyed the amenities, i'm concerned what the new development may lead to. On summer days, the lake and its surroundings are at capacity and benefit not only the local community but the residients of Chilliwack.

No to this draft plan and the whole process. The vast majority of lakers voted no-- so why all this development in the most recent plan? Don't tell me it's to pay for infrastructure. If that were true, we'd be seeing studies/reports of what's wrong and then exploring costs to fix. You don't jump right to development, i.e. ripping down more trees and packing in more density. Board is way over its head on this. Remember, guys: THIS IS A PARK....
