It is crucial that we save and support local business which add so much to the fabric of our communities. It will be a sad day to live in a place with all chain stores.

Another sad story of corporate interests uprooting local family owned businesses from the community. There are enough dd's in East Boston already.

I get the bread for my mother there she 89 years old she loves the Italian round bread,not too many places she can get it.

We do not need another Dunkin Donut here. Did Gus Serra still own the building. Did anyone think to ask the abutters about a Dunkin' Donuts going there? The bakery has the East Boston touch always donating to schools etc....
