Please do not destroy the unique and compassionate community we have at Crown Valley Elementary. Please do not violate the civil rights of our special needs family members by limiting their access to the least restrictive environment!

I took 50 years to build a fantastic school such as Crown Valley Elementary where children of Special Needs do not feel challenged and study, work, eat, play and thrive with their Gen Education friends. The YMCA on site is specialized with developing special ed kids. This gem of school is unique in the county and should be taken off the list of closure now and in the future. Children of special needs require routine and consistency and they should not be tossed around. Please continue the legacy of having the best school district with the best intention of developing best future leaders regardless of their needs. This is what Crown Valley Elementary is doing and should continue doing in its current place.

Keep CVE a local community school with it programs for our special needs children. The District has repeated moved the special needs programs. No one likes change..... But it's much harder on our children with special needs. Keep CVE as it is. I understand the Charter group wants to cherry pick their location. Many of the Charter students are from out of district. This is NUTS! Do not displace the local Crown Valley Community Children !

Please don't try to fix something that is going well and is right already. You are adults and know the saying. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". Please use this as you move through your careers and the current school system. Crown Valley Elementary has/is/will continue to put out excellent children/students that meet the state and Government criteria. Please do not try to change what is working....we have too many successful examples that we don't need to try and follow a Jeb Bush or Someone else like him.

As an original owner on La Vida Dr, my kids attended Crn Vly and I have supported the school since 1970. Sell R. E. here after leaving teaching in 1980 and do not accept the thinking of board. Get them legally if needed.

Please reconsider! I went to Crown Valley in the 1970's and both of my girls went to Crown Valley. This school has a legacy that should be honored

Crown Valley's special education program was highly beneficial and personally important to my family. We need to protect schools that go above and beyond to help special needs students. Resources in the areas of mental health and intellectual disability are more important (and less available) than ever.

My son went to this school for Language Builder cz he haven't speak clearly til the age of 3. He's there til he went to Kinder. He speak great now and I'll always be grateful for the special classes for special needs kids at this school. He's now attending CVE 2nd grade n doing great so far.

Live Crown Valley School. Been there for decades!! They have an awesome deaf and hard of hearing DHH program as well as other special needs and mainstream. Keep Crown Valley!!

I am the grandmother of a deaf child. All children deserve to be educated, those who are struggling with handicaps need all the help they can get. This school is doing that for a large population of special needs children. Don;t fix what isn't broken.
