The coherence of this community should not be destroyed by Council vandalism.

Stop this gentrification! Just fix what needs fixing rather than wasting time, money and resources to push yet another community out.

I am lucky enough to live in a Hollamby house in Lambeth. He was a fantastic architect, putting people at the heart of his designs. He worked for the council for many years and is behind many wonderful buildings in the borough. Hollamby is 20th century hero who committed much of his life to the people of the borough and Lambeth Council should recognise him as such. His work should be cherished and kept for future generations not destroyed by shortsighted current market conditions and rapacious development. Everytime I walk past the estate I think how wonderful it is there and available to such a diverse range of people. The spirit of Hollamby seems to live on in the residents of Cressingham. Lambeth Council wake up - just because it's not Victorian/Edwardian doesn't mean it's not our heritage. Save Cressingham Gardens for all of us.

This is an attractive estate that enhances the quality of life of those who live there and pass through it. It deserves protection and care, not destruction -- and it should be the elected council's duty to safeguard it...

Gressingham Gardens is part of our community where real people live - stealing their homes and breaking up communities is a crime. Replacing them with souless part occupied boxes just rubs salt in to the wound. Lambeth should be ashamed of themselves - just goes to show its all about the money.

Housing and where People have settled is not like supermarket shopping; filling your basket, and then because you have mis-managed your Household, clearing everything out and throwing all down the chute. The People of Cressingham have an affection for where they live and have developed bonds with each other and roots. They have Terroir. This is highly valuable in an extreemly unstable world.

CapCo, Boris Johnson and the Tories are destroying communities across the UK and building buy-to-leave-empty luxury flats for the Asian market. It's a form of social cleansing. #SaveEarl'sCourt

This is a community, an estate that works. We should be replicating it not destroying it
