I don't believe there is any organization in our area as dedicated as CRAFT. I am hopeful that there is some way for them to continue their mission to find forever homes for our furry feline friends.

I have had the opportunity to adopt two cats from Craft and love what they do for the community as well as have sent everyone that I know of that's looking for a cat to them because they are a no kill shelter and give second chance to all.

Shelters like Craft Cats perform valuable community service by caring for abandoned and orphaned cats, who are restored to health and given an opportunity for good lives. This demonstration of compassion sets a positive example for the community and its residents. Zoning laws can be changed to support, rather than inhibit, this and similar organizations.

It would be a tragedy if craft cats closed down. They have been a tremendous life saver for many cats in Central Oregon
