Please preserve our beautiful areas, such as Cougar Mountain

Please buy this so we can continue to enjoy the beautiful mountainside.

Stop building in Issaquah. Let the natural beauty remain untouched.

We hope the expensive and unsightly mess on Parcel 9 would be clear evidence of the folly of building on the slopes of Cougar Mountain. Not to mention the environmental impact.

Save the trees. Things are getting ugly around here.

I strongly support this petition. People can just take a look at Somerset hillsides toward I-90 to see what kind scenic damages will be if we do not take action to protect Cougar Mountain landscape.

This area should be preserved for future generations.

Please keep this area natural for our kids to explore! It's wonderful to have something to hike in that we don't have to drive to!

This is the only bike free hiking around. Don't take this away from us!

Please save Cougar Mountain

If they build it....more will come. And more space will be lost as they expand to grow the next phase. And the next.... stop the madness and remember why we live here in the first place.

I support having the Bergsma property become part of the Issaquah and King County open space and park system.

Please consider than enough development has been done and that preserving natural habitats is what makes Issaquah great and truly unique!

Cougar Mountain is already pretty full of houses and filling it up even more will not only be bad for Cougar Mountain but for Issaquah too.

Save this small remaining piece of natural habitat.

Leave Cougar Mountain as it is so we can continue to enjoy it's many offerings without further development. We moved here for the beauty of the area that is slowly being stripped away. It has to stop. Leave Cougar Mountain alone is right!

Think of a time in history when we've regretted preserving some natural beauty...yeah that's never happened.

Repeating many of the comments: Please preserve the little wilderness left. There are always options for growth. Issaquah will be here for many years into the future, but a wilderness eliminated is forever. Perhaps controversially, a rational growth plan would reduce the need for new school bonds as growth spikes would be managed.

Let's not let the northeast side of lower Courgar Mtn be "scarred" with development. I support the initiative of city of Issaquah and King County acquiring the " Bergsma / Windward Develoment" property and preserving the land as "natural". Joe K Verner - Newport Way NW resident
