We must save at least some of the natural places that so many come here to experience.

Please preserve and protect Cougar Mountain for current and future generations to enjoy the natural outdoors. As more and more people move into our region pristine areas of nature such as that found on Cougar Mountain will become more important as an outdoor recreation area close to home. Once destroyed by development these places can never be replaced so the best thing to do is prevent development in the first place and ensure ongoing maintenance and protection measures for the years ahead. I hope the City of Issaquah will take the lead on presecing and protecting Cougar Mountain for current and future generations.

We need these lands to be preserved. Once they are gone, they are gone forever.

I live along a stream that has been devastated by the building of Lakemont. It has virtually made the Kokanee extinct. The thought of having to look at another ugly hillside for homes that are roads can't handle is appalling to me. We have had so much growth in this area we don't need more right now.

Let's do out part to hold onto what brought most of us here in the first place --We want to be able to pass along our wilderness areas to our children and grandchildren!

To build houses here is beyond stupid! On a steep hillside. :-(
