Put it in a different time slot. A show like Constantine is a little dark for kids, and a little out there for anyone over 49. It should air when more of the demographic is watching TV. Tuesday at 10pm after The Flash and Supernatural air on CW is my suggestion. Nobody will miss Chicago Fire. I turn off NBC after Parks and Rec and Marry Me.
