Our community values quiet areas, nature left for the benefit and enjoyment of humans and animals, and open outdoor space to enjoy for what it is, without development. There is VALUE in undeveloped land to the well-being of our community. Please do not put the love of money above the well-being of community.

There’s been WAY too much development in the Farragut/Concord area. Leave some of the original beauty and nature that attracted people to this part of the state. Please!!!

The Marina is already overcrowding the cove. Expansion will further harm the environment causing additional shore erosion.

Leave it as is, or better, for Duffy, Cooper, Bodhi, Missy, Sophi, Prince,Bentley, Sammy, Buckshot, Yeti, Bibi, Buddy, Luna, George and for all of us who care about them and each other.

Brixworth resident who is beginning to believe that the doomsayers re: This community may be correct. Change is not always progress. Sometimes maintaining what we have is the most valuable approach. Leave the area alone.

A rushed marina expansion does not have public support. There is already a large marina. There are one hundred better uses for this public land.

Bigger is not necessarily better. This world is chaotic enough leaving a need for quiet serenity. Please allow those of us who appreciate peace to keep what little we have left.

I live near the boat launch on the west side of the park and have lost several feet of land over the years to waves, waves, waves, inconsiderate boaters flying into the cove and flying out. More boats means more property damage for neighbors. Expensive to keep up the shorelines...

Marina expansion is Absolutely not necessary- there are open slips at Choto Marina - not far away.
