Colossus might not now be the world's best roller coaster, but without it, I will not visit Magic Mountain again. I'm growing increasinly unhappy with the direction of Six Flags parks in regards to the treatment of wooden coasters.

Not everything has to be bigger, better, and newer. Sometimes an old classic is just as much fun if not more fun then the new stuff. Colossus is a landmark classic coaster don't destroy it.

as the 1st girl to be hired and my brother in law worked the craine that built this super Rollercoaster. it would be a shame to tear down a remarkable wooden (largest) coaster. these 2 CEO'S have their head way to far up their ass. take down the X2 or superman, or tatsz. all they have to do is redo this fine, fine coaster, im so sick of CEO'S coming in a tearing down perfectly good rides. just cuz they think its best for thier pocket.

Colossus is a wooden wonder! It has become part of the American landscape and should remain that way. With everything around us changing so fast (and much of it of the negative variety), some familiarity -- especially the kind that brings smiles to faces and triggers happy thoughts and memories -- is needed now more than ever, I firmly believe! COLOSSUS CANNOT GO -- JUST SAY NO!!

If you tear it down, you better repurpose all that wood, dagnabit! I'm pretty sure this coaster was in Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park too. That's important.
