Ben is a great coach and an even better man. Letting him go when he has fostered so much success on and off the field for his players is ridiculous

There’s no reason for this to happen. He’s such a good coach.

I think that although I haven't been on a team with him as a coach I think that making quarter finals as a team says it all

Would love to learn more of the backing of this decision, coming from a member of the community with children poised to begin attendance at Freeman next year.

Coach Cochran did a fantastic job with Freeman Football this year. High School needs to be kept in perspective. Not the NFL folks. There’s more to being a winner than just winning a game.

He’s a very good coach and is turning kids into men, he needs to keep his coaching career here at freeman, we don’t need him leaving!

We've been to my grandsons football games and have been impressed with Coach Cochran. He's a very good coach and great with the team. I hope that his contract will be renewed.

How does an outstanding Coach and mentor not get his contract renewed for another year after taking Freeman on another run at the state championship for a third year in a row??

I would like the community to hear the 'why'. It can't be for the team's success in football or in life, on or off the field.
Doesn’t make any sense.
