I do not know all of the ins and outs of why this decision was made- I just don’t feel like it was handled compassionately. Why was this decision based on a survey of children? This is a man’s livelihood! Why before the banquet? Why wasn’t this discussed instead of what appears to be a reactive decision. Thank you for your listening ear.

This is wrong. Another case of fall in line soldier or leave. Shame someone who fights for these kids and try’s to inspire them to be better humans gets let go because the higher ups don’t like him because he is doing a good job and actually making changes and impacting theses kids lives in a good way.
