The first time I bought something was the old gold pass, and the very next month they changed it, I tried it and it was just worse in every way. Much more days to get the perks you want, much more dedication to get rewards, and the chests are just gambling, you are either lucky or not, your skill doesn't matter, The very easy and repeated tasks feel more like chores than actual challenges. And the A/B testing, I haven't been included in the 3% but I don't want to wait till I am included and prevented from important events and all I can do is just watch others advance faster than me because of bad RNG

Please do something about clan wars as well. Top clans have mostly gray war logs which is no fun at all.

The daily ore limit, constant events, unbalanced and shifting meta of equipment, the way equipment has the bought back with gems (paid currency), the introduction of upgrades only able to be purchased by gems and the pumping out of new heros are destroying the essence and 'relaxedness' of the game. Pls listen to your community. You don't have to short term squeeze the game and players with psychological mechanisms. This game has so much longevity please never forget that.

Tired of this p2w non stop grind.

Yes, please improve the game play, and not the too many types of ores, endless events, constant offers popping up

Ranked part of the game feels boring, I am signing this because of tournament mode. First of all we can see player names and logo which makes it easy for win trading. Defense trophies should not matter , ranked battles should focus only on offense

As a veteran clasher, experiencing unpolished updates/changes/releases and terribly designed events are driving me away from the game. The former glory of CoC must be restored.

Make clash of clans appealing for long term users. These are the players that have been loyal to the game for years and the ones who make the game grow
