The people from communities and schools are sent to help and do a great job. They shouldn’t be taken away at all! The kids need them.

I volunteer for CIS at school. CIS is a very helpful program for because they are at a support for me and my friends. They teach me a lot about college, open a lot of opportunities for me and and my future. Taking CIS away takes a part from me.

CIS is invaluable to students, I sincerely fear the impact of losing CIS in schools would have on children and schools immediately and in the future.

I used to go to Kendall Whittier when I was little. Good teaching and I feel they can continue the good work

These programs have become an integral part of Kendall Whittier. In order to maintain the level of performance the students have become accustom to, these programs are necessary.

I have been working in a school that partners with CIS for the last four years. CIS brings crucial resources to our students and their families. The staff member at my school is absolutely wonderful. She helps make sure our students have their basic needs met so they can learn. She helps families connect to resources. She offers English classes and translation and she is crucial to our community. 100% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch. CIS gives out snacks over breaks and long weekends to make sure our students have something to eat. CIS brings hope! Cutting this resource would impact our students and school tremendously. Please reconsider this......

Why would you do this to kids and families after all CIS has done to improve education, quality of life, and morale? CIS makes Tulsa better and more prosperous. Please reconsider.

If there is a need and it was effectively being addressed, then it's hard to understand why it is being removed.

Many children in these schools are at risk students who will be lost and unmitivated without the support of CIS. The crime rate will go up as these children enter their teen years without counselors and caring people to guide them. This is vital to these students and schools.

As a community partner and member of the Latino community of Tulsa. I believe this program is very important to the success in education of minority students. By taking this program away, many family will hurt. Family in TPS need the support of this program to succeed not only in education, but to grow to be great members of the community.

Please do not remove CIS or Coty Year from the schools. Community involvement is critical for the students and families. Many people utilize these programs.
