Anu Singh and his family have been amazing asset to the Chino Valley Community! His knowledge, patience and expertise keeps us coming back! Verizon needs to realize they are doing a disservice to Chino Hills and surrounding areas! Anu, his sister Jas, Avi and Brandon have the best customer service!

Went in to this store to see if my phone could be fixed/salvaged. After speaking to Verizon employee, they informed me of all my options, no pressure. I didn't realize I could trade in my old phone for a credit and purchase a new phone (making it so much more affordable). Was able to leave with a new phone and have all my information (contacts, texts, etc) transferred. Customer service is the best here! Exactly what I look for when making a purchase. Please keep this store open here in Chino Hills! We love this store and it's great employees!

Anu has helped me on several occasions. He is very knowledgeable and I felt like his most important customer every time I went in even though I saw him also treating others as if they were his only customer. Anu is a well respected and stand up business man in our community. I hope he can continue at our Chino Hills location.

My granddaughter and I took her phone to this location just by chance. This was after we had taken it to another Verizon store at the Chino Spectrum and no one there was at all interested in helping my granddaughter recover something on her phone that she thought was gone.
This happened several years ago so I don’t remember the person who helped us, but he said leave your phone with me me and come back in about an hour. We came back and he had recovered what we were told was not possible at the other Verizon store.
The store at the Chino Spectrum is the store you should close. I’ve gone to this store several times and the only thing they’re interested in is selling; not a full customer service store.

Please keep this Verizon store open. It is our local store and very well run. If we do not have this local store we may have to leave Verizon.
