Agree with all of this 1000000%! I have chosen to stay with Verizon even when I could get a better deal with other carriers solely because I want Anu to service us and our phones. That might change if Verizon doesn’t do right by him. My mom drives all the way from Orange County because his service is so good. His store and employees are a true asset to our community.

Anu is a beloved member of our community for his business, is a place where you know you will receive respectful service. He’s honest, humble, and works with the customer. Anu IS THE ONLY reason we keep Verizon.

Anu and his staff are THE BEST!! He has helped me and my family so much. He really gets to know and cares about his customers. Anu even messaged me while I was undergoing cancer treatments just to ask how I was doing. You won’t find that kind of service at many places. In fact, I’ve tried going to another Verizon store nearby and I was Just a number to them—they didn’t seem to care. He gives back to the community in so many ways. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Our community needs Anu and his staff!!
