best service at this store every SINGLE time. why would verizon change that? any other store tells me to leave or wait in line to even answer the simplest question. Verizon should shut the stores that dont help like all the big ones that make you just a number.

I LOVE THE IN PERSON SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE. Please don’t take this special location away for a cold machine that doesn’t answer or help with a person that actually KNOWS what they are doing and is knowledgeable about your products!

I like my sister will drop Verizon if forced to use Spectrum store… Anu and his staff truly care about the customer and we feel it when visiting his establishment! Unlike the other near by verizon location that has such a bad attitude toward customers. I will continue to be Anu’ s customer - no one has the knowledge and customer service like that man‼️

Anh is the best. He and his sister help my parents continuously. If we don’t have him, I may have to explain the cloud in detail and I’m not sure I can do that.
