I am an 87 yr old senior. Anu is my go to with problems with my cell phone. I have bought all my cell phones from him. Please let Anu continue with Verizon's business.

I so much prefer this independent store to your company stores. This store is very customer friendly, and I never spend more than 20 minutes to get my problem or need resolved. However, at your company stores I must spend an hour; most of that time waiting. Please renew this store's authorized dealership.
