didnt know anything about a meeting.Think the vast majority of people would like the event to go ahead if they are given a voice to have their views.

Give this event a chance to do the good and bring the benefit to Malahide and environs that it was intended to do. The decision to allow or refuse this event now at what was past the twelfth hour should not be made based on the views of objectors alone - it needs to be a more balanced representation of the wider community who make the call. After all village greens have long been used for events and all types of gatherings.

Absolutely disgraceful decision. Amazing a "meeting" was held when nobody in Malahide knew about it apart from 75 people out of 50+ thousand residents ? 70 of which live in the Marina. The VILLAGE Green does NOT belong to the Marina. That green was there a LONG time before the Marina was there. In fact the Village Green and belonged to the people of Malahide when the Marina was a just an actual dump

This is for family and kids mostly why don't these people get a life, funny how nobody heard about this meeting? Should have another meeting on a Saturday and make it public on facebook for residents to attend guarantee the outcome would be a lot different
