One Man makes a huge difference and He is It! Bugs saved my daughters senior cheer season. He is the heart and soul of our programs ! Losing him is a Travesty !!!!!

It is very important in this day and age to have someone that the kids can go to that they feel comfortable with and that is approachable. He is an asset and cares for the kids. He is dedicated and a valuable member of the Chiefs family and Hopatcong community.

Bugs is an amazing AD. My son was a 3 sport athlete (not a great one) but Chris never discouraged him. He always goes above and beyond. Do the right thing!

Chris is one of this town's greatest assets and has provided this guy with both leadership & friendship, and the opportunity to share my voice with the community.
By demoting him after all he has accomplished for our programs, you force he and his family to look elsewhere to try and survive in such an uncertain economic climate.
When you lose this man, Others will depart for sure, my friends. And empty bleachers make no noise...

The impact this one individual made alone to the entire high school, it's children, children's parents, fellow colleagues and community speaks volumes and I sincerely hope you listen to ALL of our voices and seriously reconsider this decision made.

We have never had a coach/teacher who has cared this much about every single student. His value is immeasurable. My children as well as all the children can not imagine life without him.

Please don’t leave our kids without the guidance and direction of a man who actually really cares about them and our athletic programs. Especially at this time it’s so crucial they have someone familiar they trust!
