We, the People, of this World, United, demand, that you take immediate actions, to save lives, health’s, prevent their homelessness, to restore their 1st Amendment, Civil, Rights, to this City, low-income, People’s, and to fire, prosecute, this violator, City of Louisville, Kentucky, Housing Authority, Director, Tim Barry.

This racist, domineering, prejudice, authoritarian, totalitarian, fascist, despot, oppressor, tyrant, overlord, City Government of Louisville, Kentucky, City Housing Authority, Director, Tim Barry;

Is held, responsible, accountable, to distribute, to this City, low-income, People’s,

HUD Section 8, Choice Voucher, rents assistance, moneys, to inspect, prior-to, and thereafter, annually, all of these buildings, apartments, to ensure, that they are fit, decent, safe, sanitary, healthy, habitable, living, housing, conditions.

Evidently, for these past, decades, continues, to profiteer, with all of these numerous, City, multi-family, apartments, Slumlords, Property Managers.

Who, to continue to profiteer, has these City, Government, Housing, Health, Inspectors/Managers, to inspect, fraudulently, Pass, not to Fail, all of these hundreds, of building, apartments, unfit, indecent, unsafe, unsanitary, unhealthy, uninhabitable, living, housing conditions.

That all, blatantly, violates, this City, and HUD, housing codes.

That long-term, has caused, all to have these serious, health hazards, includes, airborne, invisible, lead base paint dust particulates, black molds, mycotoxins, human, rodent, feces, urine, infectious, bacteria’s, fungi’s, diseases.

For this City, Housing Authority, Director, continuing, profiteering, why all of these past, present, shall be future, complaining, sickened, dying, low-income, People, are not being removed, relocated.

Who with this profiteering, City, Health Department, Inspector/Manager, how this City Government, Housing Authority, Director, is knowing, shall cause, shall aggravate to cause, these serious, permanent, physical, mental, health harms, and shall, include, deaths.

Especially, to all of this City, low-income, defenseless, children, infants, newborns, unborn.

For this City, Housing Authority, Director, continuing, profiteering, why all of these past, present, shall be future, complaining, sickened, dying, low-income, People, Families, Single Mothers, Pregnant Women, Disabled, Elderly, and Military Veterans, are not being removed, relocated.

Who is continuing to cause, force, thousands, to vacate, break their leases, court evicted, hopelessly, homeless.

Who this City, Housing, Authority, Director, continuing, profiteering, why he is wantonly, exposing, causing, these serious, permanent, mental harms, to these past, present, shall be future, children, infants, newborns, unborn.

Who knowingly, shall cause, aggravate to cause, their, memory loss, vision loss, attention deficit disorders, learning, disabilities, school, drop-outs, to cause them to remain in poverty.

Who knowingly, shall cause, aggravate to cause, their, aggressions, depressions, anxieties, criminalization, to cause them to remain in poverty.

That, this profiteering City, Housing Authority, Director, Tim Barry,

Is wantonly, causing, these never-ending, vicious, cycles, of wanton, felonious, endangerments, wanton, felonious, reckless homicides, child abuses, permanent, physical, mental, harms, grievous injustices, crimes against humanity, 1st Amendment, Civil, Rights, violations, denying all of these children’s, Human Rights, for their, educations, denying their Human Rights, for fit, decent, safe, sanitary, healthy, habitable, living, housing, conditions.

This City Government, Housing Authority, Director, falsely, believes, that he, as being a City Government, official, that he has, rights of sovereignty, and that he is above the Law.
