Being an actor who resides in NJ, the demolishing of this building will sadden me for dual reasons. This building is part of entertainment history and still has the potential to be part of the growing amount of productions coming back to the area. Studios such as Steiner and Kaufman are expanding and reopening stages to fill the needs of the influx. This building could be turned into a museum or be refurbished back into a full production studio that would generate job growth and revenue for New Jersey.
