Save Chaddsford - Stop Development

I oppose the new development with the 7-11 and Taco Bell right inside of the Chaddsford neighborhood. This is a neighborhood and not a service road. Not safe and will add more traffic.

This area is very congested and adding more development will only make it worse. We have had many accidents in this area and deaths from people crossing the roads. I suggest finding a way to decrease the traffic would be as big help.

I reside on Kennett Square Way. I highly oppose the commercial development in the neighborhood. There is available retail/office space at Brandywine Crossing and the majority of the proposed businesses in the new development can already be found within a 5-15 mile radius. In addition, this area is already congested and will bring unnecessary traffic, possibly increased crime, and increased litter and rodents.

I am against the development. There is plenty of aviaalble space at Brandywine Crossing. We don't need another 7-Eleven when there is one literally less than 1 mile away from Chadds Ford. We don't need another Taco Bell when there is one in Waldorf. Put the Navy Federal over in Brandywine Crossing where there are other banks.

I reside on Letcher Rd. All of this businesses and destroying the little remaining animal survival land is something we don’t need.

I DO NOT WANT ANY STORES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD!

Do not allow the building to happen this will increase crime and traffic in a good area.

I do not these businesses in our community we have enough crime as it is in this area this will add more targets! Also we have plenty of fast food place here already!

There are plenty of open retail locations right across the street and at Cadillac crossing. No need to build more space that will just sit there unused

General Lafayette Blvd...it's a shame the city, county and state has to lease any land they think they can make money off of and not care about the citizens

No there is already to much traffic in the area more 7-11 means more crime with littering loitering and panhandling which is already out of control in the area.. just because you see trees bdont mean they need to be torn down
