Ancelotti is a well balanced, knowledgeable and experienced coach. He believes in affirmative and positive working athmosphere and has succedeed in fostering such environment in Real Madrid. Real is the biggest club in the world and deserves a coach who has knowledge, manners, ambition, and at the same time behaves as a true gentleman, respecting others. He respect his opponents abs. He is a true sportsman. The lack of trophies is not entirely his fault. Even if you have a perfect manager, players have to execute on the pitch. Bad luck with injuries definitely played a huge role in losing the winning streak and championship momentum. Due to winning la Decima last year and everything I mentioned, Carlo deserves another year. Every great club should have consistency when it comes to coaches, like Barcelona, Manchester United, Arsenal... Real replaced 12 coaches in 13 and that is no recipe for best results. The president needs to understand that change doesn't always bring better coach, as a matter of fact, in this case, I believe there is no better than Carlo Ancelotti for Real Madrid at this time. Fans and players agree so please keep Carlo in the best interest of Real Madrid's glorious future!
