I worked at Cardington Hangars in the early 2000's on the AT10 project. The wildlife that exists behind the hangars and across the airfield area is extensive. Hare, rabbit, dear, foxes, newt, toads, falcons nesting in the back of hangar 1, owls, sky larks etc. Development of the site would not only see the end of airship production and flying but the destruction of protected wildlife!!! Re think your plans please Bedfordshire council??

This is an Industry of the future, let us not allow the council to grant planning permission for the houses.
A new industry without the damage to the local environment

What on earth are developers doing to our landscape - this historical site is of national importance and to destroy it would be a mistake of epic proportion !!
