Save Cardiff's Greenbelt!
Craig Williams is calling on Cardiff Council not to remove Cardiff’s green belt following revelations that the Welsh Assembly Government stated there was “no necessity” for the green belt with news laws they are proposing. The Labour-run Welsh Government is currently rewriting our planning laws and want to deny local people a say on how their land is used.
“Living in a city, people use the green belt for their children to play, to walk their dogs or to explore the countryside. Losing the green belt would affect local people’s quality of life and having already lost a significant amount of open green space locally, I will continue to fight to protect what is left of it.”
“I urge people to sign this petition to protect our greenbelt and help stop any unnecessary destruction of our precious green open spaces in Cardiff.”
