I am signing the petition to keep Camerogne park. It is essential that our history be in fact and a public space be provided instead of only resorts. It is a hotel district but it is a public beach.

How can the government betray their people for foreign money? The foreigner's demands should not take priority over the happiness of the native people. the hotel is interested only in using the beauty of the island to make their own profit. How dare the government allow the sacrifice the need/desire of the people who voted for them for a dollar? I bet the owner of the hotel is not even Grenadian.

I believe that the park should not be destroy. This park has a lot of history for us grenadians and we need that open space to host our function in the near future. Grandanse is a hot spot and so is that park cause everyone relax there, meet new Ppl and the school uses it often for the kids. Please save our park

We need to keep the preservation of this park for locals and heritage of the island. Using it for another hotel accommodation isn't feasible as we already have books on the beach which normally never reach full capacity. I'm all for change but this change isn't necessary

Leave Camerhogne Park where it is, please, go and look for other areas where you can construct your hotel. I suggest that you build your hotel in parishes outside the capital that need economic boost.

In the short time I was in Grenada visiting, I realized that the park and space is a staple location for young and mature peoples, students, working people chilling out and families enjoying each other. It is a vital part of every day life and it should not be taken away from the people.
