Wrong to make a decision without viewing and therefore not have a valid point to support their rejection on plans

If the planning dept, having taken consideration from infrastructure have approved, why have the commissioner appealed and how have they won. At a tome when working from home is advised and the nature of the business is one to one tuition. Other business have operated successfully with daily deliveries not any different or a nuisance to the lifestyle of residents. In the covid world this is madness, encouraging small micro business to relocate to a noisy public space.

Other residents have ran businesses in that area, I really don’t see the issue. I thought we were promoting good health, taking care of our mental health and being kind.

I just don't understand how this situation has arisen!? considering permission had already been given. Especially without an explanation of the mitigating circumstances they have rescinded permission in retrospect I find it appalling Christine has to go to these lengths for even just a chance of a fair review. I hope you get a fair shake at this Christine.

I used to train once a week at Christine Barker’s shed. I can’t begin to explain the health & mental well-being benefit it gave me. I always parked on her driveway and the road to her house was always quiet. I can’t understand why there should be a problem.

Completely wrong, no harm is being done here and businesses need to be supported not torn down

Christine is an amazing trainer and has been treated so unfairly as soon as this process started. There is no way any of the comments made opposing her business are based on fact. I regularly trained with Christine, noise levels were always to a minimum and I would park on her drive with no disruptions to any near by residents. Christine was always so considerate to her neighbours whilst accommodating to all of her clients in the best way possible. The reason people enjoy training with Christine is because it is private and discrete. The way she has been treated has never been justified and to lose her appeal when no one has even visited the shed does not make any sense or give Christine a fair chance. This should be corrected asap.

Christine has a very well established business as she has worked hard at it - It’s grossly unfair to put her through this ,
