I can’t believe they refused this based on the appeal of a party that didn’t even visit the premises, despite Christine having invited them several times! I thought these decisions were made based on corroborated, evidence based facts not conjecture. I hope they are willing to reconsider.

I am very disappointed to see the IOM Government opposing a young woman’s business. This young lady has the skills and motivation to set up a business offering 1:1 service and has been victimised and bullied by her neighbour and this has given cause for planning to be withdrawn. Utterly shocking and so stressful and worrying for the young lady in question

Complete disappointment at this decision.. Physical and mental health should be at the forefront in today's society. Shocking that no one has made the time and effort to view and make a fully informed decision. To have planning granted and then revoked! Christine is a highly trained PT and should be allowed to work and train in the business that she has built. Keep fighting.

Christine has a great little business, and is hard working . It’s totally unfair to close C Fit without any valid reason.

Wellbeing is fundamental in this extraordinary world, mental and physical. Before assessment we should understand before condemning, maybe the local authority should visit before decisions are past. Are they against people's Wellbeing, moving forward, making the future bright? Or against people trying to help?

I’m Lucky enough to have trained with C-Fit training & Christine is great. Disappointed to hear that when someone works hard to build their dream, the commissioners try to prevent this from happening. I think this decision needs to be reviewed as it’s simply unfair.

This type of business is what is needed to support people after all the problems with lockdowns. They support the local economy and bring life back out off the over populated centers. All the hard work put in by Christine over the difficult times in the lockdowns, keeping her business afloat has now been put into jepody by a crazy decision by the commissioners when they have not accurately looked into this case. I wish you all the luck.

Nothing but positive things running a small one on one business like this! Highlights the stupidity so far and lack of common sense from commissioners and government. Isle of Man once again showing why it’s staying in the past. I hope this gets overturned cause it would be an embarrassment of it doesn’t

Planning should actually be considered properly before being rejected

Disgraceful that this has dragged on for so long. To be granted permission then have it withdrawn, with no one actually viewing the site, is appalling.
