The 30s buses are the only connection between two entire neighborhoods to downtown DC and the Tenleytown metro. As it is, the 30s buses bunch up and will often not come for 20+ minutes at a time during rush hour. Eliminating the 30N, 30S, and 37 buses would leave over 47000 residents without accessible transportation to the rest of the District. These buses are critical to accessibility across the District, including myself as I use them multiple times a day.

Eliminating 30N and 30S and adding to 31 and 33 will be hurtful for those going across town. This will only increase transfers and crowding downtown.

Pls keep the 37 bus! It’s a heaven sent for anyone that from Wisconsin Avenue has to go to Dupont Circle without having to take multiple buses which add to the commute time and discourage people from using Metro bus

I agree with Adam K that there are not enough 30, 31, 33, buses. These are critical bus lines, please don't reduce them! I and many of my colleagues depend on these throughout many different times of the day including weekdays and weekends! Don't reduce 30, 31, 33 !!!

Please do NOT cancel any of the 30, 31, 33 buses. As it is, there already are not enough of them. Rely on them to get to work.

I use the 30 buses daily to commute and there are many times that the buses are completely packed. It has happened numerous times that buses will pass by a stop or won't let anyone on. I have had to wait over 20mins for a bus during rush hour because the buses clumped together or buses didn't stop. To remove extra buses would only exacerbate this problem and make a crowded commute even more so.

If anything, WMATA needs to add busses, or increase the frequency of these busses. I’ve been left standing in the rain or cold too often over the years that I’ve lived here because the busses were packed and either didn’t stop at all or stopped to let riders off, but not on.

Please do not terminate the D1 or D2 bus routes. Glover Park needs MORE buses, not less. Many of us rely on the D buses to commute to downtown.

How can you possibly consider such a move? You raise rates, have poor drivers and want to change people's lives for the worst? Shame on you.

On wisconsin avenue there are no subway. We live in the centre of an international city and a lot of us are taking public transportation. This is actually one of the reason me and my family (and I am sure many other people) decided to live in the middle of the city instead of the suburbs. This would be a practical and financial disaster for us and would drastically affect our everyday life. How come the destruction of public transportation In an international city of the 21st century, which is also the capital, is feasible?

With the city constantly growing with new housing construction, public transportation should be the last thing being eliminated. I thought the Mayor was supposed to be cutting back on emissions and the number of private cars on DC streets.

How will children get to School? Don’t do this - it’s a core function of the city.

Cutting this bus will make nearly impossible for children outside of Georgetown to get to Duke Ellington. If you want to make a city function you do not make it impossible for kids to get to one of its few decent high schools to
