The 30 series buses are always full. Eliminating even one bus would be counter productive and only result in other buses being over crowded. METRO should re-examine its basis for considering dropping even one bus.

These buses are a lifeline in our neighborhood, particularly since we don't have metro trains. Improve, but do not cut service!

I am a Glover Park resident and frequent these buses for my daily commute.

How does reducing bus routes, which likely will increase car use, fit with Vision Zero? I think it does not.

Please do not eliminate these bus services as they are absolutely needed by the residents in Glover Park and Cathedral Heights to access other areas of town. If bus service is eliminated, more people will need to resort to driving solo. Please consider our voices!

Eliminating these buses from service will negatively affect my compute work.

It would be a disaster for the neighborhood and for the residents who work or go to school downtown if this route was eliminated.

We don’t have metro connection. Now dropping the 30 buses would lead to cutting the Glover Park off from the rest of the city, potentially creating a depressed area in this central location and hurting the city’s vitality and tax revenues. Please do not/not cut the mass transit resource we all rely on!

My daughter won’t be able to get to school. She relies on the 30 buses and if they stop running she won’t be able to get to school.

Right now 30 bus line service is spotty at best, sometimes with long intervals between buses and riders packed in. Please don't make it worse.

The 30 buses are vital to the Wisconsin Avenue corridor. Please don't cut them back or eliminate.

I use the bus when biking is not feasible and would have no other way to get to work or school without the buses that go down Wisconsin to Foggy Bottom. Our family also uses the buses to get downtown to the Mall and museums on weekends. I agree that we need to better space the timing of the routes that are redundant between Friendship Heights and downtown so that they are not overfull during weekday rush hours.

All the Seniors without cars will be totally stranded. Those with cars will not be able to access downtown due to parking concerns.

As a person who does not own a car, I rely on the 30 series of buses daily to commute to work and to reach the Metro. A reduction in the number of buses that run per day would be detrimental to my ability to remain a resident of Glover Park. The city should be making public transit more convenient, not less convenient, to reduce the number of cars on the road.
