We need to preserve the nature and beauty of Austin --Bull Creek being a bi one. We don't need or want another hotel in the area. And we don't want to ruin the beautiful area with a building, more traffic on already over-loaded streets, more pollution of all kinds and displacing more animals. Stop the greed and leave our land for the people and animals to enjoy.

Terrible idea, old spicewood springs was not made for the traffic levels it currently bears, the traffic studies I have seen do not account for traffic coming towards 360 and are tainted. This would disrupt a residential neighborhood w/ commercial development.
