GSP's are not aggressive animals, he has not had a great start to life and deserves an opportunity to live with a kind loving family. He has a family ready and willing to adopt him!

Buck deserves another chance! Would you put a child down for biting? No, and yes biting can cause serious damage even if by a person. Let him go be with the one he obviously should have gone to, to begin with. Let him live!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please reconsider the decision to euthanize Buck. The situation is unfortunate on many levels. However, I have followed this closely. If Buck had gone home with the gentleman that day, I do not believe any of this would have happened. Not faulting anyone. Just a horrible situation you can make right.

Why would you let a couple with a very 6oung child take s dog that had just had surgery is beyond me. Let him have a good life with this guy who not only has experience but should have had him in the first place

Shelter that adopts a dog out without a rabies shot?
This dog is in the wrong hands and deserves to be with the man showing This much effort to love him.

I've read this story. Obviously, I understand that the shelter needs to protect itself, but if the new owner is willing to sign away liability, shouldn't he be considered? He's willing to go this far to offer the dog a safe, loving home. That's saying more than most of the shelter patrons.
