Considering what the poor guy endured prior to the accident that occurred, I truly believe a 2nd chance would be educational to society of situations like this. Dogs comfort is just as important as everyone else. We luv Buck!

Policies placed by who? If not God, then certainly should be reevaluated as questions arise and situations can very. Liability and responsibility can be signed for..

Not the right situation for Buck. 2yr olds can be very loud and excitable. I have a rescue and its scary for them in the beginning. You need lots of patience, walks and a plan of training for your rescue dog. Buck deserves a 2nd chance.

Please give this dog a second chance with a person. Shelters always want their dogs to be adopted but why make this different? Don't end up becoming THAT shelter now that nobody wants to adopt from if you make the wrong decision.

Shelter dogs need time to be introduced to their families, without the pain of just having surgery. They should be in a separate room while given time to acclamate to their new home. This dog deserves a second chance with someone familiar with the breed. Please give Buck that chance!

Every dog deserves a second chance. Dogs need to find the perfect fit with people.

A dog can only be considered vicious if it attacks unprovoked. Any responsible dog owner should know that you never put a pet recently adopted near a small child until the dog and child have been well trained. Please consider giving this dog to someone who is willing to have him evaluated.

Come on, City if Manhattan. We all know what the right thing to do is. Let Chris take this dog home and give it the love and attention it deserves. It doesn't deserve a death sentence.

Please give this guy a second chance! He deserves it just as you would expect it if you were to make a small mistake when at the lowest point of your life! He just needs to learn to love and trust again.
