Yes the procedures at this shelter are non existent. First how was Buck sent to a home without a set of new vacines. Rabies shot being the big one. Next gsp's need to go to a family that understands them and there needs.

Please save Buck. The kennel and the parents were in the wrong not the dog. He just had surgery and was hurting and little kids know no better and just wanted to play with her new dog but he was still feeling the affect from being out out a d in pain. He needs to giving another chance.

Hope the right thing happens. This precious pup does not deserve the horrible thing you are contemplating! Humans made the bad judgment call to release the pup to the family so soon. Think about it!

Two years olds, most of the time, don't know how to be gentle with animals yet. This poor dog was put into a situation he probably shouldn't have been and it shounds like the family of the two year old knows it and isn't holding any hard feelings, wanting him to be adopted elsewhere.
