This is not right. Why didn't the shelter give Buck a rabies shot? And why was he adopted out to a family with a 2 year old? Chris Soupene should have been allowed to adopt Buck from the beginning.

The shelter should have to deal with legal issues as Buck was not properly vaccinated before he was adopted out!!!!!!
LET SOMEONE ADOPT BUCK!!!!!!!

I have to wonder how wise and appropriate for the dog to be adopted out so soon after surgery. I believe he should be given a chance for evaluation.

Save Buck, it was not his fault, things went wrong and he is caught in the middle,
Lots of dogs get rehomed for not getting along with children
I totally blame the shelter for no rabies vaccination, for not keeping him another day after being fixed, and adopting him out to a family with small children
LET HIM LIVE
you have a young man who wants him, will take full responsibility after he adopts Buck, plus, he has no children, give him a chance, and, the people who failed to check his shot record and let him go,
WILL THEY GET FIRED ???????????????????
And don't forget, you people have a job because of people like me who come and visit your shelter and adopt, if it were not for the public, you wouldn't have a job !
Maybe we should all BOYCOTT your shelter ?

I think Buck should be able to be given another chance. He's not a vicous breed. He's a beautiful dog, and I'm sure the circumstances of biting a 2yr old was due to being neutered a couple days before. Or even over exaggerated by the new adopted parents. He deserves another chance

The shelter blew it by adopting this animal out too soon after surgery and not having given appropriate vaccinations. Since there is a willing adopter who is willing to do everything possible to save this dog, please allow Chris to adopt him!

give this dog a second chance. Dogs pushed into a new environment can become defense, from being scared. That doesn't make him a bad dog. He deserves a second chance.
