Save Bryant Williams' Job at ASID Alabama
Bryant Williams is well known in the interior design profession in Alabama and has become a well-respected member of the community. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and integrity, earning the admiration and trust of his colleagues across the state. In 2021, Bryant was even honored with the Champion Award in the ASID Alabama Keystone Awards for his exceptional dedication and contribution to ASID Alabama and the interior design profession.
Recently, Bryant has come under unfair and unfounded criticism questioning his professionalism and work ethic, with one individual claiming—without merit—that he is a detriment to ASID Alabama. These accusations have led the Board of Directors of the Alabama Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) to consider terminating his employment.
We, the undersigned, strongly urge the ASID Alabama Board of Directors to continue Bryant Williams’s employment as Chapter Administrator. Bryant has faithfully served the chapter for over two decades, contributing to its success, continuity, and sense of community. His deep institutional knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to supporting members are invaluable assets to both the chapter and the interior design profession in Alabama.
The loss of Bryant’s leadership and expertise would not only be a personal injustice but would also create a significant void within ASID Alabama—one that would impact operations, morale, and the broader design community.
For these reasons, we respectfully call on the ASID Alabama Board of Directors to retain Bryant Williams as the Chapter Administrator.
