I live behind him in Club Trace. We live his efforts and it has never once interfered with our lives- only enhanced.

People are just so hateful today. I live at Lake Summitt and we drive all of our grandkids over to see this house…

We built our house on Bailiff Court in 1986. We have been putting the decorations up since 1989. We started putting them along the Osborne side of our property in 1995. Brookhaven was established in 2012(I believe). We are amazed that one complaint could result in forcing us to stop this tradition. Thank you for your comment and we thank everybody for your support.

Save the inflatable‘s! This is such a fun and special thing, just because a new neighbor doesn’t have any scare it doesn’t mean everyone else should have to suffer.

Leave the inflatables alone, they have feels too. People need to complain less, and be great full for what they have.

It would seem, in pursuit of the greater good and the spirit and intent of the ordinance, the city of Brookhaven would grant an exception provided the inflatables are properly secured and don't impede any through ways. Failure to provide exception under these conditions would defy logic, and suggest the COB has an inappropriate relationship with the "offended" party. I am a resident of Brookhaven, and if exception is not granted, I would expect significant explanation of why this tradition, which has been common knowledge for years, is suddenly being selectively enforced after one individual's complaint. By the way, isn't this tradition even older than Brookhaven?

Don't live in Brookhaven, but drive through every so often. I love seeing inflatables and decorations for Holidays. What a Grinch!

Please take this code down because we all deserve to live happy at our homes. We share a little a piece of ourselves with the world. Let him share his inflatables. In his yard. That is not causing harm to other people.

My son loved the Halloween and XMAS inflatables every year

Allow inflatables as it’s a city tradition and only one person complaining. There are much bigger issues than some holiday decorations.
