Entrepreneur and Cray Wanderers FC enthusiast, Gary Hillman, wishes to purchase 'Greenbelt' farmland in Sandy Lane, St Pauls Cray and develop it into a football stadium, housing development and leisure complex. This development will completely destroy the local environment and wildlife that reside there. The local area is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), and area of natural beauty which attracts all types of wildlife and is also Greenbelt land. I am a local resident and I strongly believe in allowing this natural habitat to flourish. In recent years I have seen rabbits, foxes, badgers, stoats, field mice, voles, frogs, toads, stag beetles, wood pigeons, woodpeckers, magpie's, rooks, bats and most recently a hen harrier, which is very rare in the UK. I also believe that Greenbelt land should remain as 'green' areas. Where will this destruction stop? Please take the time to sign this petition as every signature helps. Please also visit the London Borough of Bromley website for online planning applications (ref 12/01388/OUT) and voice your disapproval direct to them. Thank you.

Ridiculous idea. We need the local wildlife and the greenbelt is there for a reason. Keep the stadium away from our fields!

St Pauls Cray has enough housing as it is. Leave our green space alone! Once this land is gone it never comes back.
