Love this place 80 years of using this name why now???? Disgusting should not be allowed to happen I give my full support for this to reopen and they should be paid for loss of earnings for having to close.

This place was named The Ritz before the Ritz in London!!
Are they going to take legal action against all places named the Ritz??

I can't believe the ritz hotel in London must be that hard up to pick on a small local ballroom which is a little historic place in brighouse!
It's making the ritz hotel look stupid! And won't be doing them any favours!

They have coexistence for decades without a huge amount of confusion. Perhaps the Ritz London should credit it's guests with more intelligence.

I've been to the Ritz Ballroom numerous times. Never been to the hotel. I bet they don't do pie 'n' peas either!!!
