This is a fabulous venue. It has always been known as the Ritz so why the legal action now? Totally different business and not anywhere near London...or is that the issue here...it's north of Watford????

Such a long standing venue. Surely it can't be a threat to the Ritz in London, but it would be a sad loss to Brighouse if it is forced to close.
