My grandma used to go dancing at the ballroom with her best pal, Mrs.Lawson. They have both passed away now, but they only knew The Ritz. I want those memories preserved for generations to come, my own children and grandchildren. You cannot simply erase a legacy.

Why don't they change the name of the hotel in London if they're so bothered. I know of a restaurant called the Ritz, also a b&b in a few seaside towns so do these businesses have to change their names as well .

I can't see how a relatively small ballroom in Yorkshire can affect an overpriced venue in London. No one with any sense at all would confuse the two. Grow up Ritz London.

After 80 years it is only now the Toffs of London are moaning they only trademark the Ritz a few years ago. How many more Ritz are there in UK.

Please do not close down the ritz. It is by far the best place that there ever has been in brighouse

Absolutely scandalous that a long standing well used community asset should be bullied into folding for this pathetic reason
