Keep this iconic venue going, don't know why after so many years the Ritz in London is suddenly so concerned probably got some new hotshot lawyers who want to make a name for themselves. Don't let them bully you.

Sheer arrogance from the London Hotel. Will they be after Ritz crackers next? Leave the Ritz Ballroom alone

Absolutely disgusting, it has not harmed the Ritz Hotel for 80 years.

This gem of a venue needs to be protected from bullying large corporations.

Such small mindedness on the part of an establishment like the Ritz hotel in London is just embarrassing and shows them in a very poor light.

There is absolutely no conflict of interest or the danger of business accidentally going the way of the Yorkshire venue. This could be in no way construed as 'passing off'. Ignore the letter and tell them to take it to court!

Why change it now? It's been going for years and years under Ritz and nothing to do with Ritz Hotel London. Leave it alone.

There should be a law which enables companies who have used a trading name for a certain number of years to be able to retain it if they don't conflict

This is obviously not going to be confused with those taking legal action. What about polo, polo and polonium.

I am signing this because I cannot stand bullies especially those with money to pervert the letter of law.
