A two year contract for the lease of the property at 4 Ellison rd streatham common sw165by was agreed by myself and network rail. However once the contract was in motion a fire was started by residents squatting in the property next door at no 2 Ellison rd. Network rail decided not to grant the lease as arranged. Bridge autos has no connection with these individuals.

Instead of allowing the building to develop into a local business creating work space & work opportunities for the local community they would rather leave it derelict. Which would no doubt bring more squatters. I have had to chase individuals away on numerous occasions & believe the community should not have to face this kind of anti social behaviour . Iam aware that development of the current site is not due for 2 years, I feel this would have a negative affect on local businesses and property prices in the area. I would like to ask for your help & need as many signatures as possible to fight network rails decision.

My plan is to refurbish the building into 8 offices upstairs which will be rented to local start up businesses & the rear of the building to be converted into an art studio to support the youth of streatham. The space in what will be a derelict building will creat work opportunities & businesses in the area will be able to continue to flourish bringing positives into the local community.
