This is more than just an Off Road Ranch. It is a wonderful place to observe nature. There are tons of wild animals and natural wild life. Also, people from outside of Brazos Valley come here and so it serves to bring in money for tourism.

This area needs to stay the way it is. This is a legally owned private land that supports a community and brings in monies to support the town of Bryan.
