The Brass Monkey has been a fundamental part of my Heidelberg life since 2011, it's a relaxed and welcoming environment. To close it down would be an insult to the wonderful and happy memories I and many other international students hold.

Brass Monkey is one of the most wonderful places in all of Heidelberg. It's a place for newcomers to the city, especially Erasmus and international students to find new friends and potentially a second home. Don't let that be destroyed, please!!!

if you move in next to, above or in the precinct of a bar then you should know what you're getting involved in. sometimes bars should be protected from idiotic neighbours rather than the other way around...
