As a frequent patron of the Brass Monkey when I lived in Heidelberg it seems absure to me that this is even being put in to consideration. How could it even be considered closing down a bar for noise complaints after moving above it? That's like me wanting to close down a resturant I moved above because I don't like the smell of food.
